What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness uses meditation to teach us to:
- Be in the present moment rather than worry about the future or dwell in something in the past we can’t change.
- See a thought for what it is – just a thought and not necessarily reality.
- Be kind and accepting of ourselves.
Mindfulness Coaching 1-2-1 Sessions1-2-1 Mindfulness coaching sessions run for a course of 6 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hr and the fee is £45 per session. They are held at the Guiseley Catalyst premises.
The aim of the coaching sessions is to teach clients simple meditations and practices that can be incorporated into everyday, hectic lives to reduce stress and increase wellbeing and self esteem.
